Peggy has been our personal coach for several years. During SIP she set up a home gym for us which we utilized for personal workouts, but now online coaching, as we go into another SIP. She has provided individualized strength, balance and mobility training that take into account or age, joint and health issues. We have recently added Qigong and Tai chi for stress reduction, brain and body fitness. She recommends relevant nutrition, supplement and lifestyle changes (drink more water!) and refers to current research on the topics. ~Issie
