Peggy was recommended to me by a friend when I decided to get some help getting rid of the weight I gained over the last 2 years. Due to Covid I stopped working out, only walked, and was eating too much and not necessarily the best foods for my health. My goal was to lose weight, get fit and clean up my diet to make my doctor and wife happy. Over the course of a few months of eating more vegetables and fruits, some fermented foods (not my favorite), cutting out sugar I dropped 10 pounds. I now lift weights online with her and I am seeing some changes in my balance, strength and am sleeping better. Peggy encourages you to learn as much as possible so that you understand why these changes work and hopefully, you will continue throughout your life. I feel that I will graduate from her coaching soon and check in for new workouts, questions, etc as needed and that’s been our ultimate goal together. Like she said, I’ll take the reins and know when to update some of what she has taught me. ~ Jeff T.
